Indonesia: Mataram city government preparing rental houses for Ahmadiyah refugees

The municipal government of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara has prepared 10 rooms in a simple rental apartment to be occupied by Ahmadiyah refugees currently residing in Transito Dormitory, Majeluk.

"As many as 10 rooms of simple rental houses (Rusunawa), are separated in three blocks of rusunawa namely Rusunawa Selagalas, Mandalika and Montong Are," said Assistant I of Setda Mataram Lalu Martawang in Mataram on Tuesday.

According to him, with only 10 rusunawa rooms available, the head of household (KK) of Ahmadiyah residents who can accommodate only 10 families.

Meanwhile, the remaining approximately 30 families will be offered alternatives such as following the program of transmigration and home-made special by the government.
