UK: Ahmadiyya Muslim Women of Spen Valley Visit Batley Parish Church As Part Of Interfaith Harmony Week

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s Association (AMWA) in Spen Valley (an Auxiliary organisation of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community) visited Batley Parish Church to celebrate Interfaith Harmony Week on Wednesday 7 February 2018.

The Purpose of Interfaith Harmony Week is to recognise the need for dialogue among different faiths and to encourage and support interfaith harmony and goodwill.

Mrs Rashda Ahmad, Outreach Coordinator for the AMWA in Spen Valley, said “The World Interfaith Harmony Week provides a platform when all interfaith groups can show the world what a powerful movement they are.  The common values they hold far outweigh the differences they have.”
