Sri Lanka: Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation gift to newly appointed Minister


Hon. Minister showed interest to know about the differences between Ahmadis and the mainstream Muslims, the Jama’at delegation explained in detail on this and added that this is the only Community in Islam which has Universal Divine Leadership.

A three member delegation from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Sri Lanka (AMJSL) comprising Mr. A. Abdul Aziz, Press Secretary and National Director Faith Outreach – AMJSL, Moulavi A.B. Musthaq Ahmad – Chief Missionary (AMJSL), and Mr. I. Shakeel Ahmad (Photographer) visited to Ministry of Environment in Colombo today (20/06/2018).

Ministry Officials welcomed the delegation and arranged to meet Hon. Ajith Mannapperuma, newly appointed Deputy Minister of Environment. In the beginning, Jama’at delegation conveyed its congratulation to the Minister for his sworn-in as Deputy of Environment.

Honorable Minister was very much delighted to accept the Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation and the Sinhala Translation of the book: World Crisis and the Pathway To Peace – A compilation of addresses in various Parliaments by His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the worldwide head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
