Tottenham scour the world for up and coming talent and one player that will be on our radar is Brazilian rising talent Pedro.
PEDRO
Pedro (Guilherme Abreu dos Santos) is a 21-year-old (22 next June) striker for Fluminense. The Rio de Janeiro born centre-forward is one of the top goal scorers in the Brazilian championship with 9 goals and 2 assists in 13 games.He has also scored 1 goal in 2 Copa Sudamericana games. He has mobility, and an ability to protect the ball which caught the eye of his coaches and hastened his rise.
Brazilian media have reported that Italian clubs AC Milan and Roma are both interested, while Spanish newspaper Marca says he is a top target for Sevilla.
Plenty of interest ahead of the first concrete offer for Pedro of £7.57 million (€8.5m), from French side Bordeaux, which has been turned down by the Brazilian side. Fluminense own 50% of his economic rights and say he has a release clause of £44.53 million (€50m).
Reports suggest he will be offered an improved contract, his current deal runs until July 2021.
