Shiel Buses has introduced a new Enviro200 on the N44 service between Fort William and Kinlochleven.
The new addition is a 10.8m, 41 seat model with three-point safety belts and is also operating on the Roy Bridge route and the Fort William evening service. It is powered by a Cummins ISBe 180PS Euro6 engine and an Allison 2100 gearbox.
Shiel Buses is a family-owned business based at Fort William, in the Scottish Highlands and has been running local bus and coach services for over four decades.
It operates from Glen Nevis Business Park, which is located at the foot of the famous Ben Nevis mountain and sits at the heart of a tourist area that attracts thousands of walkers, climbers and outdoor enthusiasts every year.
Shiel’s 45-strong fleet ranges in size from 16-seat vehicles to luxury coaches and state-of-the-art service buses, such as the new Enviro200.
