Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Metro Detroit hosted a group of children, their teacher and Pastors to an informal evening session at Masjid Mahmood on Nov 8, 2017. The 7th and 8th grade confirmation youth group of the Big Beaver United Methodist Church visited Masjid Mahmood along with Pastor Gregg Mayberry. This visit was part of the 3 to 4 visits each year in the two-year confirmation program so that the students may learn about other faiths as they make decisions about their own faith Journeys and to gain knowledge and appreciation of other faiths. This visit was to learn about the fundamental Islamic concepts and teachings.
