Website Foot Mercarto have a quote from Morgan Sanson’s agent, Michael Manuello:

'“Chelsea will not go any further, they are looking at other things. Tottenham really follows Morgan, really. Arsenal follows him too, but I do not know what Unai Emery will want."

They also suggest Sevilla and Valencia are also looking at him. "Seville appreciates it a lot. That is true. But I think they will not have the financial means. Valencia is also interested. But they did Geoffrey Kondogbia, so I do not think they'll go any further.

"In Italy, I think we will have one or two surprises. There are a lot of interests. I think that offers are likely to arrive. These are quite long processes. We have other clubs that are, for the moment, less present. But there will be discussions with the leaders to know what Marseille wants to do with Morgan or not."
