Currently in Brazil after trialling with Atletico Paranense, before Santos brought him in on a permanent deal, on the recommendation of Pele, Tottenham Hotspur have sent scouts to watch Junior Kingue.

Safe Standing
With news that Spurs have future proofed the new stadium with safe standing, there is the news that Sports minister Tracey Crouch has announced a fresh review into the subject of safe-standing in English football. The MP expects findings of the initial research to be completed before the end of the year after a petition forced the issue to be re-visited..
“The one thing we need to do is collect and analyse the evidence that exists and ensure that all views on this issue can be heard and considered before we make any changes to the all-seater policy.
“Change cannot and should not happen overnight on something as serious as football ground safety. My mind is open on the future of the all-seater policy.”
