UK: Ahmadiyya Muslim Women in Spen Valley Arrange "Love For All, Hatred For None" Coffee Morning


After a vote of thanks, guests were treated to refreshments and provided with some literature about the work of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in the UK.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s Association (AMWA) in Spen Valley (an Auxiliary organisation of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community) arranged a Coffee Morning in Batley on Thursday 19 April 2018 to promote community cohesion.

In attendance was the Deputy Mayor of Kirklees, Councillor Gwen Lowe and local church, neighbours, community and charity representatives.

The purpose of Coffee Morning is to inform members of community of the charitable and peace promoting works carried out by Ahmadiyya Muslim Women.

Mrs Rashda Ahmad, Outreach Coordinator for the AMWA in Spen Valley gave a short presentation about the work of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and how they have a long history of promoting peace and cohesion.
