UK: Ahmadi Muslims in Yorkshire feed the homeless in festive season


On Christmas Day, the group will be offering a free taxi service in Huddersfield to the elderly in order to help them reach Christmas services in churches and meals within their local community centres.

Volunteers from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA) have organised hospital and care home visits and homeless feeding sessions in Yorkshire.

More than 100 members of the AMYA Yorkshire have visited various care homes in Huddersfield, Rotherham and Scunthorpe.

The young people also visited the Royal Infirmary Children’s Hospital in Doncaster, Pinderfield Hospital in Spen Valley, Calderdale Royal Hospital in Huddersfield and Scunthorpe General Hospital.
