Nottingham City Transport

NCT will be running the Queens Drive Park and Ride service from 23rd June 2019 with their Navy 49 buses, Scania N280UB CBG with Alexander Dennis Enviro400 City double-decks.

Alongside a £1.6m investment in brand new bio-gas buses for the route, buses will serve more stops in the City Centre and all NCT tickets will be valid from the Park and Ride site.

The 49 will continue to serve all other stops along Queen's Drive, Electric Avenue and through to the Boots Site.

The new buses will replace older Scania N270UD with East Lancs Omnidekka as illustrated below

As an aside, the latest route to be operated by the bio-gas buses is the Brown Line 17 (City Centre & Bulwell).
