Sadeya and David Callaghan from Preston were invited to the BBC Radio Lancashire studios for a live chat with Radio hosts Sally Naden and Brett Davidson.
A very lively conversation pursued covering how Ahmadi Muslims are different from other Muslims, the process of questioning one’s own faith to increase understanding, what makes a good marriage and the wider issue of Islamic extremism and how this affects our daily lives.
There was an opportunity to discuss the local Jamaat’s fundraising efforts for Save the Children, the Poppy Appeal, Macmillan Cancer Support, local food banks, East Lancashire Hospice as well as other charities.
