Arsenal received a boost in their chase for an automatic UEFA Europa League slot last night when Manchester City could only draw at home 0-0 to a 10-man Manchester United side after midfielder Marouane Fellaini was booked in the 83rf minute and sent off in the 84th minute.

Premier League Table

  1. Chelsea Played 33 78 Points +40
  2. SPURS Played 33 Points 74 +47
  3. Liverpool Played 34 Points 66 +28
  4. Man City Played 33 Points 65 +28
  5. Man United Played 33 Points 64 +26
  6. Arsenal Played 32 Points 60 +24
  7. Everton Played 34 Points 58  +23

When ypu look at the goal difference you see Chelsea and ourselves are way ahead of the rest, who are all very similar. Of those Manchester United have a solid defence and need to add goals, if they do so, and you would expect them too, then they will be a threat next season. Liverpool will know their system more and be more efficient playing it while Manchester City has to buy in players who can play the Guardiola way. How they fit will be key to how they perform.

We drew too many games early on when Kane was out injured and new striker signing Vincent Janssen was trying to adapt. While we weren't losing, we weren't winning either. The gap is only 4 points, it could have been so much different, but we are moving in the right direction and have cemented our place among the top four this season to bring UEFA Champions League football next season.
