The Chief of Akyem Achiase Dasebre Gyenin Kantan II has described the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community as peace loving and disciplined Muslims who do not subscribe to violence.
Dasebre Gyenin Kantan II who is also the acting Nifahene of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area gave the commendation during the Concluding Session of the 18th Annual Rally of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya (Ahmadiyya Muslim Male Youth Organization) in the Eastern Region on July 2, 2017 at Akyem Achiase.
Describing himself as an “Associate Ahmadi”, Dasebre Gyenin revealed that he has spent about 26 years of his life teaching in T.I Ahmadiyya Schools in the country. He recounted his early days at the T.I Ahmadiyya JHS at Otuam in the Central Region where he started teaching. From there he spent three years at T.I Ahmadiyya JHS at Agona Swedru also in the Central Region of Ghana from where he proceeded to the university.
