Pakistan: Punjab sees 3rd Ahmadi killed in five weeks due to faith

An Ahmadi man was shot dead last night in Khanpur, a city in the Rahim Yar Khan District of Bahawalpur Division, in the Punjab province of Pakistan.

62 year old Basharat Ahmed was left to die on road side after unknown gunmen shot him at close range, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at spokes person reported in the social media.

Victim was on his way home from his gas station when he was attacked.

According to Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at Pakistan, Basharat Ahmad is survived by his wife and 3 children -- a daughter & 2 sons.

Basharat Ahmad is 3rd Ahmadi targeted for their faith in just 35 days in Punjab.
