JAKARTA - Thousands of Jemaah Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI) in Manislor Village, Kuningan District, West Java, are convinced they will have electronic ID card or e-ID card.
Director General of Population and Civil Records of the Interior Ministry Zudan Arif Fakrulloh said on August 3, 2017, he had met with Pemkab Kuningan.
During the meeting, the district government has been willing to print e-ID cards of Ahmadiyya members within 14 days after the meeting.
"I as the Director General of Dukcapil visited Kuningan District for deliberation with the Regent, Dandim, MUI, FKUB, Disdukcapil and Kesbangpol. In the consultation, Kuningan Regency has been willing to print all KTP for Ahmadiyah members within 14 days," said Zudan to Kompas .com, on Friday (4/8/2017).
