The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is deeply distressed by the brutal attack that took place this afternoon in Barcelona where so many innocent people have lost their lives.
We are horrified at the cruelty and contempt for human life shown by the terrorists, and we send our deepest condolences to all those affected by this barbaric and inhuman attack.
These attacks have no justification. We therefore condemn this and all forms of terrorism and extremism in the strongest possible terms. May God comfort the afflicted and affected, grant His Grace and Mercy to all who have lost their lives, and grant a full and rapid recovery to the wounded. Amen.
