Canada: Ahmadiyya Jama’at hosts Eid event in Brampton June 28


A large number of Jama’at members, local residents from different faiths, as well as politicians, including Mayor Linda Jeffrey, are expected to attend the event.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at in Brampton is hosting an event at the city hall to celebrate the upcoming Eid al-Fitr festival.

The purpose of the event, which is taking place at the Brampton City Hall Atrium from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, is to celebrate Eid festival together with dignitaries, politicians, and members of the community.

Leaders of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at will also make a short presentation on the three-day Eid festival that marks the end of Ramadan month.

A large number of Jama’at members, local residents from different faiths, as well as politicians, including Mayor Linda Jeffrey, are expected to attend the event.
