Shakil Ahmed called the Finsbury Park Mosque attack 'calculated and heinous'
A Muslim community leader has said he is deeply shocked by the “horrific” terrorist attack at Finsbury Park Mosque in London.
One person died and 11 people were injured when a van ploughed into worshippers as they left the mosque in the capital in the early hours of Monday morning.
Forty-seven-year-old Cardiff man Darren Osborne was later arrested in connection with the incident.
Now Shakil Ahmed, president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Swansea, has spoken out against the violence, saying it was borne out of the same hatred as the London and Manchester attacks.
